In the brown belt division Malte Frid-Nielsen proved himself to be a great fighter by winning the class over Nic K-Osei by points and also winning Joachim Christensen by submission leg lock in the. And at the blue belt division the 3rd place world champion in Los Angeles in 2008, Monica Mascarenhas returned to the mat winning her class and open class at Danish open  2011.

In juvenile blue belt division the European champion 2010 in Switzerland Mie Charlotte still proves herself as a great fighter by winning her division class by submission at the Danish Open 2011
 The Nordic open champion  Peter Bentgsson  won his class division in juvenile green belt, and got 3rd place at the open class at Danish open  2011.

The newest and youngest champion for the Mascarenhas Team Stephan Bengtsson won his class under 10 years in the white belt division at Danish open 2011.

Daniel Hector is only 9 years old competed in the 10 to 12 years division and also in a heavier category and  he showed his potential by winning a couple of fights and got 3rd place in the Open class at Danish open 2011
Issa Ghannoum had only been training jiu-jitsu for no more than 1 month but did very good and proved his  potential  as fighter , Issa got 3rd place in his class at Danish open 2011.

For his first time competing Daniel Bentgsson  did very well and got 3rd place in his class division at Danish Open 2011.

In master division  Martin Holm competed for the first time and got 3rd place in his weight class at Danish open 2011-

Fabio Ciccarelli unfortuneally got very unfair judging by the referee in his final match in his class, resulting in a 2nd place in the class and also 2nd place at open class.

Rafael Berenga and Armando Souza  both won their first match, but didn’t continue on in the quarter finals.

All in all very good results for the Mascarenhas Team Wing Tsun Center getting 3rd place as Best Team at Danish Open 2011.
